Karishma Huddar founded Sky Consulting with one mission in mind: Help business innovators grow, thrive, and profit through strategic recruitment and mindful hiring. With nearly two decades of experience in people management and fifteen years in contingency hiring, staffing, and RPO operations, Karishma has a full and extensive understanding of impactful hiring processes and a vast knowledge of recruitment strategies for various cultures, customs, and countries. With her deeply held belief that the success of a business is completely dependent on the quality of its people, Karishma has used her recruiting and hiring skills to create the Sky Consulting team.
